form (application, showing request, contact form, waitlist, or
maintenance request). We do
not collect Social
Security Numbers through this website.

application, schedule property showings, respond to maintenance
requests, manage waitlists, and contact you about available units.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties
for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage
Submissions may be stored in a secure property management system
and/or Google Sheets accessible only to authorized JSL
Multi-Management staff. Data stored in your browser (localStorage)
is local to your device and not accessible to us.
4. Data Retention
Applicant information is retained for the duration required by
applicable state landlord-tenant law — typically 3 years after the
end of a tenancy or denial of application. You may request deletion
of your data by contacting us directly.
5. Third-Party Services
This site uses Google Fonts (font rendering) and may link to
AppFolio (a third-party property management platform). Their
respective privacy policies govern your use of those services.
